Staff — no longer working (alas)

Paul D. Lehrman was editor-in-chief of Signal2Noise.

He is a composer, with credits in film, video, multimedia, records, and live performance; the author of over 500 articles and six books on audio and music technology; a consultant to several hardware and software companies in the audio and music industries; and was a teacher in the Sound Recording Technology program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1988-1999. He is currently on the faculty of Tufts University. He is the "Insider Audio" columnist for Mix magazine, and is Web editor for five related magazines. His home page is paul-lehrman.com


Dan Rose, while he was a student in UMass Lowell's Sound Recording Technology program, was very helpful in creating this Web site. Dan has also been lighting designer and house electrician for UMass Lowell's Durgin Theater and a stage hand at Boarding House Park. He has created Web sites for the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts, and others. He is currently an engineer with NPR station WBUR-FM.
Claus Trelby, a 1997 graduate of the Sound Recording Technology program, also helped to create this Web site. He has worked at Paramount Sound in Hollywood, and is currently Chief Engineer and Technical Supervisor at 5.1 Entertainment Group, in Los Angeles.
Mitch Shuldman, producer with Media Services at UMass Lowell, was consulting editor for Web construction.
Brian O'Neill, who was at UMass Lowell's Computer Center, was consulting editor for programming and technology.
